Two researchers in lab coats: one runs holding a test tube, the other looks at a flask of pink liquid. A kettlebell and half an avocado on the ground, a big yellow sun behind them.

  1. The question

The cover asks the one question the study asked, in the words a reader would use with a friend.

  2. The answer first

The second card opens with the answer: “Yes”, “No” or “It didn’t.” It’s never bigger than the evidence.

  3. The source

The last card introduces the source. Most posts also give its title or link, so you can read the original.

Kırmızı ışık (Red light therapy) kırışıklıkları azaltabilir mi?

TOPARLANMA · DETAY
02/04

HOW WE WORK

Four rules we keep.

  1. If the evidence says no, so do we.

“It didn’t” is an answer too. We never inflate a finding or present an association as cause and effect.

  2. An animal study isn’t a human finding.

We never write up a mouse or cell result as if it were proven in people, and we say who was studied.

  3. Every number has a source.

Every number on a card comes from the source. If you spot a mistake, write to us and we’ll fix it.

  4. Written in Turkish, not translated.

We rewrite the research in Turkish rather than translating it, and explain each term where it first appears: VO2max (peak oxygen uptake).
