1. What livetoahundred is
livetoahundred publishes short summaries of health, training, nutrition and longevity research and news, in Turkish. It publishes on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. These terms cover our posts, this website and our publishing app.
2. Not medical advice
Our posts summarise scientific studies and news for general information. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor before making decisions about your health. In an emergency, call 112, or your local emergency number.
3. Accuracy and sources
We try to report each study accurately, but a short summary always leaves things out, and we can make mistakes. Every post describes its source, and most also name or link it so you can read the original. If you cannot find it, write to us and we will send you the reference. If you find an error, write to info.live2a100@gmail.com and we will correct it.
4. Our content and others' work
The studies and articles we summarise belong to their authors and publishers. We describe them in each post, and name or link them in most posts. The text and images of our posts belong to livetoahundred. You are welcome to share our posts with the platforms' own share features. Do not republish them as your own. For any other use, ask us first.
5. Our publishing app
Our app, livetoa100 (Instagram: livetoa100-IG), is a private tool. It publishes only to accounts owned by livetoahundred, and it is not offered to anyone else. It follows the terms of each platform it uses, including Meta's Platform Terms and LinkedIn's API Terms of Use. How it handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Links to other websites
Our posts and this website link to studies, news sites and platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Liability
We provide our posts and this website free of charge and as they are. Where the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If the English and Turkish versions differ, the Turkish one applies.
